What do we expect?
We are looking for a WordPress developer with strong skills in WordPress and PHP to join our team remotely. You’ll be working on impactful projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering solutions that help businesses grow.
You will get the chance to:
- Manage, maintain, and update the Monkgrowth corporate website.
- Ensure website functionality, security, and performance at all times.
- Implement new features, plugins, and design elements as needed.
- Optimize the site for SEO and user experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet web development goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proficiency in WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Experience with WordPress page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, Divi, etc.).
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and website optimization.
- Familiarity with website security & performance tools.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail in design and UI/UX.
(Bonus: Experience in integrating websites with CRM tools, marketing platforms, or analytics dashboards.)
Good to Have:
- Deployment experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and Containerization
- Familiarity with CI/CD for WordPress deployments (Git, automated testing, staging → production flows)
- Knowledge of security best practices (hardening WordPress, managing vulnerabilities)
